The Spaceshits were notorious for their live shows leading to incidents that would get them banned from many of the Montreal venues they played at. One such incident involved another, more established punk band, New Bomb Turks. New Bomb Turks released their debut album !!Destroy-Oh-Boy!! in 1993 on Crypt Records.

The Spaceshits - Winter Dance Party (1997)

When Nolan Strong and The Diablos received the tribute album treatment in 2010, their most famous song "The Wind" was covered by Canadian musician Mark Sultan. Mark Sultan is a man of many bands and many projects with his first being the lead singer of the Montreal punk rockers The Spaceshits performing under the moniker Creepy. The Spaceshits released their debut album Winter Dance Party in 1997.
